We ship with Royal Mail through their first class signed-for delivery service as we try to get our macarons to you as quickly as possible.  Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail specify that the first class service is an 'aimed for' service where the majority of parcels reach their destination by the next working day. We will refund if Royal Mail do not attempt to deliver within 7 days.

Please be aware due to Royal Mail strike action there could be delays with all shipping services and you may experience these. We will endeavour to send orders out earlier to avoid this, or select a different courier. Unfortunately we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

All products are produced to order and we aim to ship as per the guideline on the product order page. Should there be any delay, we will notify you and aim to minimise this to within one working day.
